There are times people experience an emotional or mental health emergency and need immediate care. This can happen if/when an individual is feeling extremely depressed, anxious, suicidal or more. If you are concerned for yourself or anyone else in this state, I highly suggest calling 911 immediately and/or going to your nearest hospital emergency room. The most important thing is safety, When the emergency is resolved, therapy can often be a great tool to help avoid a future emergency and to respond to whatever is happening in ones' life.
